How can I change or update the credit card for billing on my AKKO Plan?

Please email us at billing@getAKKO.com with a message saying “I need to update my credit card” we will then send you an attached Credit Card Authorization form for you to complete and email back. Then we’ll update your credit card on file.

Why do we do this?

If you’ve seen the news over the past few years… cyber security and data breaches are a big deal. Even Fortune 500 companies and household brands have fallen victim to data breaches exposing credit card numbers and billing information of millions of people.

To keep your billing info safe and secure, we only use Stripe (a leading payment processor and tech company) for all billing management. We don’t want to have you enter your billing information into our site or have it be stored anywhere on our servers or within our app. This way, it’s one less place for your billing info to be where it could be hacked.

Instead, once you’ve completed the Credit Card Authorization form and emailed it to us, we’ll use it only to update your billing info in Stripe.
